Employer Questions and Answers

Do I need to register to post a job?
Yes, in order to post a job you must first create an employer account. You can login or create a new account from the employer home page. To access this page, click on the "Employers Click Here" tab on the upper-right hand corner of any page.
How long does a job posting last?
The duration for all postings is 30 days.
Do you offer discounts if I want to post multiple jobs?
Yes, we offer multi-job 'bulk packs' that reduce the job posting price. Please visit the employer home page for more information. To access this page, click on the "Employers Click Here" tab on the upper-right hand corner of any page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All single job postings must be paid for by credit card. Payment is the last step in the job posting process and will not occur until you have had the opportunity to preview your posting and check it for accuracy. Employers wishing to purchase multi-job 'bulk packs' have the option to contact us, if desired, to arrange other forms of payment. Please contact either your local Sales Representative, or our Support Department.
Can I edit an existing job posting?
Yes, you can edit the text of an existing job posting anytime, free of charge.
Can I remove a job posting before it expires?
Yes, you can delete a job posting at any time. Login to your employer account and you can delete, edit, or renew any existing job posting.
If I purchase a 30-day job posting and I fill the job in 10 days, can I get a partial refund?
No, we do not offer this type of refund. A 30-day job posting allows you to post your job on the site for 30 days. Deleting your posting early does not entitle you to a refund.
